Venuslovecam.com has all rights to deduct from performers account any amount. All the following rules has to be applied by all the performers of venuslovecam.com :

1. Any person of less than 18 years old (21 years in some countries) don?t have the right to participate even in front of the camera or shown on a photo. If you don?t follow this rule the access to the site will be forbidden.
2. All the participants must have an inscription approved by venuslovecam.com. To confirm your inscription, you must fill and sign an agreement by joining copies of your identity card. Any not registered person is prohibited in front of the camera. The person in front of the camera or in photograph must be the person registered under the corresponding account. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement and will involve a prohibition to use the site. All the due amounts will be blocked.
3. The diffusion of pre-registered video on Venuslovecam.com is strictly prohibited.
4. It is strictly forbidden to give or receive any personal information (E-mail address : (Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, Hotmail; skype, etc.) permanent address, phone number, etc.) even of any other performer. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement and will involve a prohibition to use the site. All the due amounts will be blocked.
5. Any personal contact with members of venuslovecam.com, requesting services of escort, prostitution, request for money is against the rules. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement. All the due amounts will be blocked.
6. Sexuality with minor, bstiality, incest, blood games or use of animals are against the rules. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement. All the due amounts will be blocked.
7. Any tentative of using celebrity name, insolate word suggesting paedophilia, adolescence, zoophilie, speak about elimination or consumption of excrement or urine, or using insulting language will involve an immediate permanent suspension.
8. Publicity for any other website is forbidden. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement. All the due amounts will be blocked.
9. Showing too much as partial or total nudity, in "Free chat", in the "non nude" part of the site or the photo part in your personal profile is against the rules. The nudity is allowed in private chat only. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement and will involve a financial penalty.
10. You must provide a nude erotic show only if the client ask for it in private chat and pay for it. If you have any question or problem, do not hesitate to contact our customers service. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement and will involve a financial penalty.
11. When the hostess is logged in, she must be visible on camera at all times; showing part of the body alone is not acceptable (foot, leg, etc.). Hostesses must follow the basic rules in each category regarding the number of people, clothing, etc. Breach of this rule shall be deemed as an infringement of the agreement and will lead to the imposition of a financial penalty.
12. It is against the rules to diffuse fixed images or to present you with a non connected camera. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement and will involve a financial penalty.
13. Using a telephone or ignore visitors in "fee chat" is not allowed. Eating or sleeping in front of the camera is forbidden. The violation of this rule is considered as a transgression of the agreement and will involve a financial penalty.
14. You have the choice to expel or banish impolite from your "Free chat" without misusing. Making bad comments on other performers or clients is forbidden.
15. To register in the view of becoming a performer on venuslovecam.com, you join an internet community based on voluntary members. You are not employed and not personally paid. So, as you are not considered as an employee of the Company, you are responsible to pay your taxes. You are considered as an autonomous worker.
16. The performers give the entire authorisation to Venuslovecam.com to use copyright, trade mark, service mark, commercial secrets and all other rights liaise with property and productions, or any party, via an unlimited license, perpetual, universal, royalty-free, irrevocable, transmissible to venuslovecam.com. As the rights are granted above, Venuslovecam.com can, without limited use, distribute, reproduce, show, carry out, publish, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, launch on the market, import, export, promote and/or create any works derived from productions of any technology area, known or could be developed in the future. You agree that Venuslovecam.com will be the owner and the unique support of all copyrights and of all any rights of intellectual property and to any works derived, created by our productions.

If you don?t follow the rules, you will be informed. 5 Euros will be deducted from the account of the performer. In case of repetition, 10€ will deduct from you account. We inform you that the list is not exhaustive. Venuslovecam.com reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
